I was bad yesterday...I didnt post lol...I was gone all day so I never got back online after I got home...

So far this morning...bb sugar was 145...but that was after a couple of swigs of kool-aid...so im not surprised....

How are yall this morning?

Please be careful with those blood sugars from stuff like koolaide as it not only effects your body but that youngen of your too.

I know, I had a weak moment when I woke up I was thirsty and didnt want water...Ill be better :confused

Lunch BG was 97 and After dinner (we had it early tonight) was 122 so they arent bad....
