| Good Morning. before bed last night 7.0 I bought new test strips and I've set a goal to get back to testing everyday. Right now I'm 8.2, I ate around 3 hours ago. I think I will check before lunch and if it is still up I will take a gluconorm to bring it back down.

| Ya by two hr after a meal it should be under 7, gluconorm from what I recall works on an accumulative effect so won’t do unless taken regularly. Have you talked to your doc about metphormin, it is best one for type II according to Dr A. I also use a herb supplement for diabetics if I feel I had few to many carbs like on Christmas day and I was normal two hs after but need to do allot of research on own to find one that works for you. :wave |
