| You can use Bernstein or new Atkins diabetes one then if not over weight....you either multiple or divide by 18. Say your BG is 5.4 you go 5.4x18=97.2 If in book, it says BG should be 110 you go: 1110/18=6.1 Only USA uses old system, rest of world is on metric so often books will tell you the conversion.
