WOW! 5.7 is AWESOME! My mom gets great numbers for her HbA1c check ups too. Atkins is almost like a cure all! Great going!! Diabetes is the main reason I started atkins, I want to avoid it.

Thank you Ladies. I'm still so amazed that I was able to achieve these results within 5 weeks of Atkins! 5 weeks!!! Wow! I'm soooo happy!

SO, SO HAPPY FOR YOU! Kiss your diabetes GOOD-BYE! Same thing happened to me. We know what to do to keep it away now, ha. Love to hear about your ongoing success hon. I love going to get lab done, to see all my improvements, and yes it only gets better! Kudos and pats on the back Swiss Miss!

That's FANTASTIC news, SwissMiss!! You are certainly an inspiration, especially to Diabetics. Your results show that this WOE/WOL works (as if we didn't know - but it's great to hear it). Keep up the great work (which I'm sure that you will)!!

Thank you ... Thank you.... Thank you! I have to say that the good levels motivate me to continue this woe and become healthy. My weight isn't dropping as fast as it does for other members in this forum which frustrates me some days, but then we are all different, we are individuals and since I have to loose a lot, it would be better for my skin to loose slowly. Also I read in the book "Atkins Diabetes Revolution" that persons with Diabetes might not loose much until their blood sugar levels normalize. Well ... I'm staying patient and focused. My next check up is in 3 months and I hope to get my levels normalized by then.
