Type 2 Diabetics and Caffeine

I found this study today and thought I would share. (http://www.onlinenews.com.pk/details.php?id=123258)

It states how researchers found that drinking caffeine causes a rise in Blood Sugar levels. I was just chatting with another atkins person and she stated that after she stopped drinking coffee she began to lose weight again.

So, like I said I just thought I would offer some interesting reading!! It did not state it in the study, but I have a feeling that caffeine will have the same effect and most everyone, not just type 2 diabetes! (Just my opinion though)
