| If you are not on any meds, I guess it could be the vinegar- but it seems unlikely to me that it would give you a low. How low was it? I have had many of those episodes- from medicine- and they are scary! I guess I would try it again and be ready to have something ready just in case you go low again- then you will know it that was it or not.

| I dont think anyone could say its the vinegar but if all you had is what you wrote you had no carbs, where were salads and veg????? have you had a fasitng two hr glucose tolerance test done??? :wave |
