Back after falling off the wagon...

Hi everyone! Starting induction today, this will be my second attempt at living the Atkins way. I started my first attempt May and did great for about a month and a half. I was amazing at how well I felt and how quickly I was losing weight. I fell off the wagon though and because I did plan ahead of a hectic work schedule. Kept telling myself that I would fix it and never did. My fasting BS level this morning was 184, last night two hours after dinner I was at 261. When I was on Atkins before my level's had dropped to the normal range very quickly. I'm excited about making this a lasting change and excited to see myself in good condition. Hope everyone is doing well....

My BS has been 91 2x yesterday and 96 this morn and 91 this afternoon.

This way of eating rocks!!
