| fasting 116 evening 83 I had a 2 egg scramble with 2 pieces of bacon, 1 oz of green pepper and 1/2 oz of onion with cheddar cheese and salsa on top for breakfast. Lunch was a Chicken Caesar salad (no croutons) with 1 TBSP Caesar dressing (order the dressing on the side & dip into it instead of putting the dressing on the salad) and water. Only ate 1/2 of the salad so I brought it home. Dinner was meatloaf (pork rinds as the binder), the rest of my salad and fresh green beans. I ate 5 tiny grape tomatoes out of the garden today -- they were YUMMIE!! Hope you had a great day.

| I'm back at it again. Had a rotten weekend, was in a car accident on Friday and didn't get home from the hospital until Saturday mid afternoon. I spent most of the rest of the weekend in bed sleeping and not eating right. I have a slight concussion, stitches in my head and various bumps and bruises - nothing life shattering but enough that it took me down a couple pegs! I got on the scale this morning and was not happy -- I'm back to 190 and know I'm nowhere nead keotsis so I'm back on induction until I get back into keotsis. I ate 18 carbs today and feel real good. I'm hoping it doesn't take long to get back to normal. This is the first day I've felt in control again -- I don't like being off plan -- I need control! My numbers were up today -- indicating I wasn't eating properly over the weekend: fasting: 120 evening: 81

| Well thank GOD your gonna be okay! What I wouldn't give to weight 190! I'm still fighting candida... lost 27 lbs so far... but I'm vacilating back and forth from 120 to 121 right now. I'm in Colorado Springs for 2 wks... got here yesterday... thinking of looking for an MD and getting some Nystatin and a round of Difucan!

| The last time I was in Colorado Springs it was for a dedication for my uncle at the Air Base. That was a good day. Hope you can find a doctor to help.

| My sugar levels are still higher than I'd like them -- this morning I was 122 -- they should be closer to 100 - so I know I'm not in keotsis yet. Hopefully in a day or two I'll be back to normal. I had an omelet for breakfast (2 eggs, 1oz colored peppers, 1oz cheddar cheese w/ 1Tbsp salsa on top); lunch was a salad with chicken on top. dinner was: ribeye steak w/1pat of butter on top, grilled veggies (yellow squash, snow peas and broccoli) and 6 grilled shrimp. (We ate at Outback). I'll get on the scale Monday to see what I've managed to get done this week and see if I can get back up the rungs.

| My sugar this morning was 121, this is pretty normal for me although I would like it to be lower. My night sugar is almost always low and sometimes to low. 47-90. This makes me nervous and I tend to look for something to bring it up to 100-110 before I take my insulin. (1 teaspoon of peanut butter or a small glass of tomato juice will do it) My weight does not change and I have not gained or loss a pound in more than a month. My breakfast is either 1 small slice of ham and 2 fried eggs or bacon. Lunch is either tuna or salmon with celery made with mayo and chopped celery and a piece of onion, cole slaw with mayo and a touch vinegar. Most days I try to get in a salad but I am on warfarin and can not eat to many green things. Dinner last night was 4 oz turkey and 1 cup of cauliflower. At night I had a 2 egg shake with about 1.5 ounces of heavy cream, a splash of vanilla. I have started to use Stevia instead of splenda. Most of the time I only have 2 splenda a day. I treat myself to 1 cup a tea a day. No diet soda at all and I am faithful to the water challenge. I have lost inches and my clothes are looser but I can't get the scale to move. Yuk! I
