hi fluffy -- been there (the lawyer thing) done that twice...not fun but while you are making changes, getting back on track with Atkins, will be much easier. If nothing else it is something that you can control when everything else is out of control.

Make sure you take time everyday to clear your mind and take care of yourself. You'll need to do this to keep your diabetes under control and also to keep your mental health well.

Sorry to hear about the divorce. Been there myself twice too... good news... lets see... there is some good news... you could very well loose weight like crazy during the divorce! I always did!
