It's amazing how Atkins spoils us -- we feel so good when we're on plan but once we change to something else our bodies get upset and put us through h*ll for it!

I use to post on one a thread of mine "I may be old but I can still loose weight".... I may loose slowly but I can still loose. I bet there were weeks I didn't gain any weight so I can't be upset when I don't loose any weight during a week.

Ok, that's my 2 cents worth for today -- wishing everyone a wonderful Atkins food day!!

Audrey -- you said on my thread you have lost 4 inches around your waist -- way to go!!!! I'd almost give that over a number loss anytime. I've lost more inches in my waist than anywhere since I began but that is because I carried all my weight there. I had smaller legs and arms than someone my size but like my mother's family I carried everything in my stomach.

Good for you loosing 4 inches!!
