| Your numbers will continue to come down - as will your A1C when you have it done next time. My numbers started in the high 100's when I first started and now they are rarely above 115 in the morning and usually are around 65 - 90 in the afternoon (before dinner). I feel much better than I did in January when I started - last July when I was diagnosed with Type 2 my first A1C was 10.3 --- the last one I had done was 5.0 and I go in a couple weeks to see what it is (hopefully lower than it was the last time). Keep up the great work - you're numbers will continue to decline as long as you eat properly, drink enough pure water and exercise. Good luck to you!!
