Default Low Carb ROCKS!!!!

Just 2 weeks ago my fasting blood sugar was 294!! In two weeks on low carb eating, I have lost 9 pounds and my fasting blood sugars run between 95 and 115 every day with no change in medications! I LOVE this WOE and look forward to getting my weight down to goal and maintaining my blood sugars.

Things are going real well, Carole. BS were a little high as I had a cold and sore throat. I have lost a total of 14.5 pounds and my sugars couldn't be better. I must admit though that I follow Dr. Bernstein's low-carb diabetic diet. Seems to be working.
