The best hot drink i've had on atkins!

Hi everyone, this is my first post but I have been following the board for just over a month! I have been super super good on eating only allowed foods but with the cold weather settling in, I have been craving my favorite cold weather chocolate treat....Hot Chocolate! So, I created this combination that is so yummy and hits the spot!! (just a treat though, I would not have this every day!!)

1 cup of decaf coffee
1/2 tbs nestle carb select hot cocoa mix
1 tbs coffee mate sugar free french vanilla

Mix this together and you will not be drooling while everyone else is having their hot cocoa!!

(the hot cocoa mix has 5 carbs/2tbs of mix....4 grams of sugar, but when you cut it down to the 1/2 tbs you bring it down to 1)

welcome to ADBB why not just add cocoa powder to 2T cream with one of your sweetner packets and add hot water? everything in this recipe is induction and OWL legal not sure about the ingredients in your stuff.

My fav is close to yours. I like decaf coffee or hot tea with cream and sugar free Torani syrups.
(okay, maybe I like this too much! I *try* to have this as only an occasional treat)

White chocolate, french vanilla and irish cream are my current favorites but in view of the holiday season I'd really like to try pumpkin spice. My supplier doesn't have that in sugar free, but I think I can get Davinci's sugar free Gingerbread syrup. I'm not sure if that sounds as good.

In the summer: diet A&W with a splash of heavy cream .. YUM.

In the cooler months: Hot Apple Cider Tea by Republic of Tea. I am hooked on it!
