| This does sound good. Here's the one I've been using with great success. Tastes great and keeps me going well into lunch time. 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup strawberries 2 tbsp heavy cream (35%) 1 whole egg 1 scoop (30 grams) Dynawhey protein powder. Add them all to a blender and whip it up. Add some Splenda if you like. I use the Orange-vanilla cream flavour of the Dynawhey but any low carb protein powder will do. As best as I can figure, this drink has 6.5 grams usable carbs and about 2 grams fibre. If you want more fibre, add a tbsp or two of flax seed powder. I've substituted different berries with equal success, but I find blackberries and raspberries too seedy. Taste is just as good though. Bufferoo 276/250/195 |
