well you can't have more then 3 splenda servings a day on induction so the anwer would be 3 splenda. a tea bag makes 1 cup and there 16 cups on a gallon so you need 16 bags if you like it as strong as you do cold.

I may only be able to have 3 splenda packs but I'd think you'd need more then 3 to sweeten 12 or 16 cups of tea? I don't normally make large sizes of tea so pardon my ignorance.  ^..^
