| I have the same problem, but mine is eating out of boredom mostly. I found that keeping my carbs to a minimum really helps |

| since y9ou know you give yourself permission to cause a worse wreck every time you check do something about it. One person gave themself a get out of jail free card but had to read it and it was all about the bad stuff eatting those carbs would do to them. it sounded pretty pathetic when I was reading it I give myself permission to stop eating my healthy Atkins way cause I want to be sick and regain the weight I have worked so hard to lose. I doubt they will ever use it but it forces them to be accountable when they do have the doughnut and not continue to derail all the hard work. Practice carb harm reduction as soon as you realize you ate something wrong make the next bite right. Keep doing that and you will soon discover that the time between bad for you bites is growing longer and longer.
