| To be honest Maketak, I am not sure an Atkins Diet website is really the place for you to be asking this question. You may need to seek a eating disorder support board. Sorry that I can not be much more help than that, but we have very little experience with bulimia on here. You may get more help / support on a Bulimic message board. Good luck. Rich

| Knowing very little of bulimia, I would still stay bingeing on fat would be better than on carbs. I mean, how many bacon can you possibly eat without feeling nauseous? Even better would be bingeing on vegetables Still, I would also try to get some professional help.
