It sounds like you are off to a good start by throwing out those nuts. I also have a tough time controlling myself around those things!

Are you exercising? I often distracts me from cravings, increases the intensity with which I lose weight and makes me more determined to stay on track.

You also need to kick those soy drinks! They could be triggering your cravings. How many carbs are in those?

Another thing you could start doing is planning out what you are going to eat for the day and then stick to the plan!

Stick to it and figure out those triggers!

yes I am exercising everyday
the soy drinks might be stalling me
and they are addicting and easy to eat
excerising does help
adn I think I do need to come up with aa nice menu or meal plan
I do take out a lot of the days mishaps out with my eating
for instance
I hit the bumber of a car in a parking lot
and then got home
drank 3 containers of a low carb soy drink (flavored)
and then had 5 eggs
few tablespoons of cream cheese
and soy protein powder two scoops
the soy stuff is pretty low is carbs
the powder is 1 carb per scoop
and the drink is usually 4-5 carbs per 8 oz with some fiber

i totally understand where you are coming from. On saturdays and sundays i have to sit and sell food as part of our weekly duty (i am in the navy) and so i sit and sit and get on the computer and sit...all the time just staring at all of the doughnuts and candy and chips and ice cream that i can have for free!!! that is tough, usually it starts a binge...mostly cause of boredom. I just got off of a weekly binge and i have never felt worse! today is my second day of atkins and my headache is still here but i figure that is a great sign, kinda like my body screaming for carbs and me saying "no way jose!" but anyways, kinda getting off topic...just wanted to let you know that you are NOT alone. i have been there and know that you CAN pull yourself out of this! Just one day, one decision at a time. try painting your nails, you can't eat when your nails are wet!

I noticed you are on extended induction, yet you are considerably close to your goal weight. Maybe you should consider moving up to the first rung. Personally, once I was able to eat more vegetables, I had less of an appetite overall and my weight loss excellerated. You should try it.

Wow.. This is just like me..
And if im not overeating, Im undereating. =/ Its the worst
But you'll get there, its just really hard at first.
When Im like that ill have half a block of cheese, container of cream cheese, whip a ton of cream for my coffees...And those would be my snacks!
I found that if you don't sanck, sometimes your abit stronger. That might just be for me though..
and if you REALLY do want that piece of cream cheese, add it to your lunch or dinner instead of just eating it there. =] it works.
