| It's actually a very natural thing to do. I've been there and done it. Just keep drinking your water and at least eat a little bit of something when you think about it. It doesn't have to be much, but it'll keep you going. Major teddybear cyberhugs to you Pip.

| Pip, have you thought about making a journal here? It might help release some of the turmoil you're going through if you could put your thoughts down. You're under an extreme amount of stress, and it's only understandable you don't feel like eating. As Slim suggested try to eat a little bite here and there, like cheese, a hard boiled egg, just a little protein, maybe some relaxing tea. |
