What I'd do is make a plan for times when I know I'll encounter 'stressful situations'. Write out WHAT brings on the stress. Is it particular people that you'll encounter or duties that you are required to do? Make out solutions for things you can do when you are going to be in this situation. I have a little 'stress ball' that I keep in my purse and I squeeze it when I'm nervous or upset about something. I know that sounds silly, but it works. Also, can you go for a walk during breaks? That helps relieve stress. Also, if you have some affirmations written down and can read them, that helps. Making a plan before hand helps keep you focused so that when those situations arise, you'll already have a thought-out plan to conquer them. Drink lots of water and focus on yourself .... don't let food comfort you.

As for the eating off plan from the last two days, jump back into the game and drink lots of water and start back on your WOE. Do some extra exercise and think good thoughts about yourself. You can't change whats been done, but you can make plans to face it when/if it happens again and not let food be your comfort. Best wishes. You can do it!! We're here for you.

I work part-time and 4 1/2 hours are the stress zone. The last 1/2 hour i get to go back to my position. I have highblood pressure and i have to be out in the hot sun/heat 2 15 min session then again 20-30 min around 12pm. The sun /heat really drains me. filling up on my water. I asked dh if he noticed a change in me and he said "yes, the last 3 days he's noticed I'm drained and sleep alot, I've broken my diet and my mood. I have maybe one more day to go before thing go back to normal.

I'm going to fix snack for tomorrow especially celery. I think the crunching of celery will be a stress reliever-lol!
