first-don't worry about it. just pick up where you left off. Honestly- when i'm on my period, i have MAD cravings for CHOCOLATE. So i prepared for it! my advice for you is to prepare for moments like this. I bought sugar free nestle turtles *yum* only 3 net carbs for 3 turtles. I bought some atkins *CARMEL NUT CHEWS* they taste exactly like snickers!! i have splenda- i put some of that in green tea. - atkins peanut butter bars are great- the atkins chocolate chip granola bars are even better!! by the way... all of this stuff i freeze- so it taste that much better- mind you, i don't eat it every day, but when i'm on my period- I HAVE TO HAVE IT.. so then when i eat it and work it into my carbs everything is cool and i feel great!
also. another trick i have is SUGAR FREE JELLO with REDI WHIP! OMG. SOO GOOD. sugar free jello taste sweet but has NO carbs. i eat it every day. also redi whip has less then one carb.. great snack and you can binge on jello if you ABSOLUTELY need a binge. Its 0 carbs, 0 calories, 0 fat.. blah blah. taste like sin but mentally you know its heaven
i'm breast feeding, so i do a low carb diet- i am on my own version of induction- 20 carbs, but i don't deny myself anything. strawberries and blue berries and tangelos (small tangelos) are all low in carb. lots of romaine lettuce salads and reg. lettuce with bacon and ranch or italian dressing.. lots of fish and chicken and turkey and omlets for breakfast. I'm on week 2 and i've lost 15 pounds already

don't worry- trust me. its just about eating low carb, not starving yourself or depriving yourself. its a way of life, and everything in moderation. Plus, this way- when i'm watching a movie and everyone has twizzlers, i have a few sugar free ones, or if my husband has ice cream, i break out some jello with redi whip

let me know how it goes. Everyone falls off the horse, you just have to dust yourself off, get back on and ride! Mold the diet to you, don't mold to it
