| Your body burns up calories all the time, even at rest you burn some. I am not sure that I understand your question, but the best way to eat carbs is to spread them out over the day but that is mostly to keep blood sugars in check. |

| I can always tell when I have had a meal that is mostly protien driven not enough carbs, my head begins to hurt. If I keep the carbs spread out as evenly as possible my blood sugars are stable. No headache, happy Dorothy |
