No emotional eating during TOM

I've always been an emotional eater. It has always been my drug. When I am stressed, anxious, angry or just plain old bored I eat. Since beginning Atkins I've noticed that I don't do that nearly as much. My TOM has just recently passed for this month and it was a breeze! No cravings, no wanting to cry at the drop of a hat, none of the bad stuff that used to happen. Best of all, no emotional eating! I'm not constantly feeling like I need to eat. At times I still feel like I'd like something sweet, and when that happens I just make some sugar free Jell-O and it takes care of that. I'm so thankful to have made my way back to this WOE.
