| 1) You came to the right place because we all understand completely. In some way, we can all say, been there, done that, if you know what I mean. 2) Regardless of what goes on in your life, you need to get that appointment book out and fill in "Time of Tabekat" every day. You have to do something for you, even if its just a hour aday, do something completely selfishly for you. 3) I would never advise shakes or bars, but there are times that convience foods are really needed. You probably won't lose eating them, but you won't gain. 4) Did you start a journal? I use mine to whine in all the time and thats fine. I am sure others will help with how they coped also. |

| yep time for you is a must. And for that exercise buy you a pedometer and clip it on yourself wjem you get up and then see just hpow much free exercise you are getting with all thet motel work you are foing.10K a day is a great heart healthy exercise plan ans 12.3K a day is great for weight loss. (that is 12500 steps a day and you can get them just marching in place doing the dishes and stuff if you are short. As for that chocolate 1 oz cream cheese softened, packet of sweetner and 1T plain cocoa powder mixed together and the4n froze as about 4 small blobs should go you just fine for .75 net carbs a blob. Oh and my isn't that a smaller you sitting there at that computer screen then the last time we exchanged posts. What are you doing to shrink like that? :hug Take care of you

| thanks for your comments and good suggestions deserthorn and 2big. you help everyone so much on this forum. you really are wonderful posters. :hug every day just seems to get crazier and crazier. it helps to have a place to vent a little. |

| so just how many miles have you logged thias week working your job? who'd a thought you could get paide to do your exercise too. Loonatika has some bedmaking exercises posted in her journal something about doing squats while changing the shets LOL Happy low carbing
