| 6/4: 20 minutes So here are the numbers as I see them (please correct me if I'm mistaken in your goals): Jo: 15/150 minutes me: 80/400 minutes Heidi: 35/300 + 20/300 (for Jo) a total of 600 minutes for June!! WOW!! |

| Bio you got my goals right ......... It seems like a lot but doing 10 in the morning and 10 at night really doesn't seem like to much. Jo I can't believe your using weights all ready ......... be careful the very last thing you want to do is pull those stitches ...... You making such amazing progress so quickly I know when I had my Hysterectomy I was unable to do or lift anything for at least 8 weeks ...... 6/4 - 10 min total 45/300 Minutes for Jo: 6/3 - 10 min 30/300 |

I am praying that God imparts the perfect wisdom to the docs and that they use thier knowledge to do whats best for your body. I'm also praying that you have no ill side effects. And I want you both to know that I am nothing special, I'm just an ordinary mom who believes in an amazing God. It's him who deserves any praise. |
