| i'm in bioleader but i'll have to check with my dr. jack to see what my limits are. i'm not going to be able to do any of the hard core stuff, not yet, but i think i can do some of the stretches without tearing my stitches out. i'll get back to you on the minutes.

| jack and i seem to think that 5 minutes a day is a good start. if i see that i've undershot things by mid month, then i'll adjust my goal. i just have no idea of what i will be able to do. i've done 4 minutes today. squats and some stretches. holy moly, it feels like the very first time of using the stab. ball! 4/150

| Good Morning Bio and Jimmie I had to work all weekend so I'm sorry I haven't checked in .....I'm definitly in for June and so Glad to see you back with us on the ball Jimmie ..... My focus this month hugely is cardio because I really need to get my weight moving it's been stalled for so long because of all my dilly dallying. So I am going to reduce my ball minutes a little for my morning work out so I can add a daily cardio work out as well to my routine ..... I commit to 10 min a day so 300 total for June I also continue to commit to my Minutes for Jo ..... 10 a day each evening. So 300 there as well. So far I have 6/1 - 10 min Abs, leg squeezes, stretching 6/2 - 10 min Abs, Legs, stretching ect... total 20/300 Minutes for Jo: 6/1 - 10 min Specifically praying for strength and healing Have a great day Ladies!!!! | Yep I'm commited to praying for you and doing those minutes for you untill you get a clean bill of health and full go ahead!!!!! So unless or untill you tell me you don't want me too thats a continued commitment from me. Heidi |
