| 19 july 13 minutes this was the first time i worked my lower body tape. man, i can't believe how much i must have been cut up inside. there were some moves that i just could not go as far as the girls on the tape. my abdomen/pelvic just isn't letting me yet. on a good note.... i, too, have completed my pledge for the month with 1 extra minute. i hate finishing so early in the month but i'll continue, just like LLL and my added minutes, anything over 160, will be for heidijobio. 161/160

| Thanks! I really find the SB to be a great way to exercise. I think the added amount of exercise helped me punch through to a new low weight also. I will keep it up. Looking forward to the rest of you reaching your goal.
