July Stability Ball Exercise Challenge

i think it's safe to say that we're just waiting on moniegail's last minutes to goal.

we've done a great job this month!

45 minutes yesterday with sb ball dvd and the sb booklet
and another 45 minutes today doing the same thing !! yay

600 minutes out of 200

I DID IT!!!!! i did 23 mins today puts me at 202/200.

i really couldn't done it without you all. thanks so much for the support. it's been a really tough week for me. DH & i are greiving the loss of our 12 1/2 yr old dog, (it was a week ago tomorrow we had her put to sleep). had been getting used to her laying beside me while i was on the SB doing my exercises. granted not a safe place for her to be, but she loved her mommy so much and was always by my side. it was really difficult to stick with the exercise plan for me this week, but life goes on and so does my journey to become a healthier person.
