| i've had a day to think about my minutes. i was all ready and set to add to the number and then yesterdays radiation hit me. several doctors have told me on this journey to 'listen to your body". so, keeping that in mind and the bad day i had yesterday, i'm going to try for 160 minutes. that's not much more than the june goal but i'm anticipating quite a few days that i won't be able to do much of anything. lets hope august is a better month. 160 it is.

| i am gonna join this challenge for july. i recently aquired a SB that had been abandoned by my mom's former renters. i'm still getting used to using it, haven't quite got the knack for doing ab crunches on it yet. i love doing my pushups and squats with it though. gonna check out the links provided for additional exercises. since i'm just starting out with it, i'm gonna pledge 200 mins for the month. if i need to, i will increase my mins later on in the month. monie |

| Here I am!!! I readily admit to rolling off my ball MANY times...at least I provided some entertainment to my DH and cat! LOL This month, I'll sign up for 450 minutes. Thanks for starting July's sign-up thread, Jo. The end of the month always sneaks up on me! LOLOL |
