| I know its late but I want to join... ive never tried the hula hoop and will have to buy one ... but i will at least pledge 250 minutes of jump roping! yay but only if its not to late |

| I did 15 min - so now it's: *Alexa* JR 24/60 * HH 18/20 Tomorrow JR 0/60 Lyssie HH 37/250 I *do* feel it in abs, and it can be cardio, but I'm not sure if it's real cardio or because my lung capacity sucks from smoking again - but I can still run, so I think it's quite possible it's real cardio. Hrm.

| How is everyone getting on? We have 5 days left of July! I went to kickboxing yesterday and did 15 mins in 3 min intervals, with one min rest. It was so hot and I thought I was going to sick/faint.
