| Had to join! Ii have very little knee cartilage left and even less dignity left, so it'll be more hula hoop than jumprope |

| This is a great idea - I was only looking at some hula hoops a few days ago, and wondering whether to get one! Now I'll have to. This is my first exercise challenge, so hope I've 'signed up' properly. My knees aren't up to the jumping rope, but I'll definitely go for the 'Hula-ing.' Is that a word? I just love this line from your post .... 'NB Hula hooping can be tough on your dignity. Please only attempt it with a silly grin on your face.' Pat

| Aw I love to hula hoop, and I can do it for way longer than I have the energy or strength for sometimes. However I don't own one. Maybe I'll pick one up in time for next month. Is this one monthly? If I do get one I'll do my own mini challenge to see what I'm capable of and then sign up for Sept. -Stacey
