| 8/2- 20 mins i had a great little workout tonight. i tried something new..... i lit up a bunch of candles in living room before the workout, and let their wonderful scent fill the air while i was doing my workout. i felt so much at peace during my time on the SB. it's the first time i ever did a workout where i wasn't staring at the timer to see how much time was left. 20/200

| i have nothing to report. i'm getting a very slow start to the month but i do enjoy seeing your totals so far. 0/300 monie, what a great idea! i'll have to try that. editing to add: i do have something to report now. 3 august 20 minutes mostly weights but did some crunches, squats, bridges, yadda yadda yadda 20/300
