| caught up a little bit 6 august 30 minutes 50/300 it was a heckuva lot easier when heidi was doing my minutes. i didn't hurt nearly as much then. LOL

| the plan was to do my exercise and finish it up as soon as jack got home, then we would go walk. plans........... pfffft. jack came home after just 2 minutes of stab. ball work. but i'm taking it! i may need it at the end. 7 aug 2 measly minutes 52/300
