it isn't listed in your stats but to earn platinum, you must earn 500,000 points. how many points do you show? the admin page is always higher. what it does mean is that you are very close to earning the precious PLATINUM AWARD!

It only shows me at 411579 points. I wonder why the numbers don't match. *sniffles* Maybe your numbers include my points to earn bronze, silver, and gold awards????

lets see if i can explain this.
we can only get a max of 750 points per day. you will see all the points added to your number that sits on top of the red bar and in your chart, but the most that will be counted towards the goal is 750. basically, there is a 750 point cap per day towards your award. it also worked this way for bronze, silver and the gold.

i would imagine, since there is such a gap between what you see and what i see, that over the course of your bronze, silver and gold and now working on platinum, that you topped yourself out on the points per day quite a few times. .

rich saw this on his points. i've seen it on mine.

the admin site shows me at 251679 points but when i log into my personal site, i show 251126. my discrepancy is not nearly what yours is and that would be because i rarely have gone over the 750 per day limit.

as admin for our group, i see all the points so i can't tell how close you really are. the only thing i will be able to see is when the 'gold' part of you stats changes to 'platinum'. by that time, you will be well over 500,000

Ah! Well, yes...there have been quite a few times that I have gone way over the 750 point limit, especially when I do hours & hours of yardwork.

Thanks for noticing all those points! They equate to a lot of sweat & hard work!
