| don, i didn't want to edit just in case you already got my post. i'll up my mileage to 70. i'm taking a hiatus from the pedometer challenge so i'll count my miles for biking and walking.

| I'm in for 130 miles this month, but hope to do more. This is a great challenge, and I hope more people will get into it! Congrats to all of the Aug goalies, and I hope to see even more in Sept! Thanks again Don! |

| Put me into this (first time mileage challenge for me) for 50 miles: All horizontal travel, on foot; not counting random trips walking about to and fro of less than 5 min ea or chair scooting around the office, LOL. Vertical (as in climbing stairs, etc) travel also excluded. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
