That is so true! I was at the gym looking at the mileage on the eliptical thinking OMG I'm never going to be able to get to 100 miles on this thing and then remembered I used to do 25 or so on a bike no problem..so biking I did.. even though I hadn't planned on it!

If the unknowns aren't counted, 4 more. Am doing more of it jogging than before, unless carrying grocery bags (full) or something. Does anyone know the typical distance around & through half the aisles of a normal chain grocery store?? Or the mileage typically covered in an office workday... Just curious...

Finally got in my last mile for today. I stretched it into 3 different walks to keep the metabolism going. I was told that's a good way to keep on burning some cals/fat even when you are done for the day and veggin' on the couch! Hope it works!
