Does anyone know the typical distance around & through half the aisles of a normal chain grocery store?? Or the mileage typically covered in an office workday... | Finally got in my last mile for today. I stretched it into 3 different walks to keep the metabolism going. I was told that's a good way to keep on burning some cals/fat even when you are done for the day and veggin' on the couch!
