| OK....I'll update our numbers mid-month (and send out reminders to folks, if necessary) and then toward the end of the month. 10/7: 20 min 10/8: 20 min You know, I've never used the stability ball at the gym....I just use the one I have at home and at work. Maybe at the back of my mind, if I slip off the ball, I've done it in the privacy of my own home (husband and cat don't count). |
