Thanks Jo for the minutes!!!!! I am trying hard to make my smaller goal of 200 before Friday I have three more days and 68 minutes to go so it will take a bit of work for me ....... I am so sore its not funny. I have been working on lower abs. I did 10 mins the first time and now 20 and I am really feeling it. I may take a day off tomorrow from the ball.

Michelle, I was pretty sore when I first started working on the ball. You're working your muscles in a completely new way. I love that! Keep it up, you're doing great!

Glenn, are you going to start a weight lifting challenge?

It's been pretty rough at work the past few days. A dear co-worker went in for a prenatal check-up and found out that her baby had died. They couldn't find a heartbeat, so they had to do a D&C. We're all in a slump. I'll probably just update our challenge numbers on Friday...
