| did more weights yesterday, thanks to glenns posts. ohhhh i feel the aches 19 nov 17 minutes 190/300 that gets me back up to where i wanted to be at this time of the month.

| Howdy friends! I'm hen pecking here one handed just to say Hello. My wrist is sore but a different kind of sore so I know it's gonna be great! I miss my ball time and tried last night to just bounce a little but it irritated my wrist so I quit ........ But I'll be back ASAPHeidi
