Check it out now in the November challenge last page. Congrats you did it, so Dang that's a lotta abs!
And look in this December first page as we will bring it back again for December.

I didn't reach goal last month... 1750 and I got lazy the last week..i had vacation and got off track!
so with that I'll shoot lower this month.
