| This is my very first exercise challenge, so I hope I do this right. My goal is much lower, so I hope that isn't a problem. I am just starting again after no exercise for months and even 10 minutes on the treadmill or bike is very difficult, but I am going to challenge myself with at least 2 miles a day (m-f). | I'm in for 95 miles. Hamstring injury is all good now - first injury since high school - lesson learned warm up well before running in the cold weather, such as taking a hot shower, then stretch before running.
