| So, I've been thinking about what should my CGW be... and it took me some time but... My CGW will be 145! I see this as something that is reachable if I work out hard and stick to the diet! It is approx 22% of my body weight! So I will ad my stats to the list too... And I will post the exact starting weight on Tuesday along with the pictures and the measurements! | I had to revise my GW...I thought it was overall goal weight. I also will update my starting weight on Tuesday. Since I am just starting atkins the beginning pounds are falling...my starting weight was 288...today 282! | Thanks for the answer about the goal weight, I think I have it now So, here are my stats: 193/193/160 U arm L- 12.0 R- 12.0 L arm L- 10.5 R- 10.75 Waist 33.5 Hips 45.5 Thighs L- 26.0 R- 26.0 I will update my weight on Tuesday for an official starting point, currently at 193.4 Also still trying to upload my pictures. | OMG, I am so going to do this!!! I love this idea! I too am a big Biggest Loser fan, so this will be fun. I will post all my stats on Tuesday as well, I don't have any pics, (I shy away from the camera) so I will do that too on Tuesday. But please count me in!! oh and I have a question.... do you think that a 60lb goal loss is too much for three monthes? Just wondering, I dont want to dissapoint myself, but I do know that I will be working out like crazy every day. I think that should help with the weight loss....
