for the next 2 weeks my work out goals is are to do :
1. my yoga booty dvds 3 times this week
2.8 hours of cardio
3. 8 hours of weight training
4. 60 oz. of water daily
5. stick to induction

Just to confirm The Biggest Loser Season 7 starts Tuesday, therefore, we will be weighing in (posting lbs lost) every Tuesday, starting next Tuesday Jan 13th. This will keep our challenge time in sinc with the timing of the show. When they have their final weigh-in, we'll have ours.

I am a little confused on the start of this. Did the challenge start when we posted our stats or do we weigh again on Tuesday and weigh along with the Biggest Looser show? Is week 1 a weight in on Tuesday or a week from Tuesday? I will post my weekly goal as soon as I know which week we are starting.

Well, I'll tell you how I'm going to do it. My weigh-in day is now Sunday which I'm trying very hard to adhere to (I was one to weigh myself every day). So I'll weigh myself every Sunday and post that weight on Tuesday.

If I understand this correctly, this Tuesday (1/6/09) is our first baseline weigh-in. The number I gave today is for this Tuesday. Then next Tuesday (1/13/09), we start posting our weekly losses.

Fun note: I told my sister about this challenge and she wants to get in on it. She's been a Biggest Loser fan for a long time and got me watching it this last season. So we should be seeing her on here pretty soon!

My husband is going to do this with me, he also has been on atkins this whole time I have, so now he wants a challenge. I am going to make a screen name with him so we can post all is weight loss info too. He is not big on Bulletin Boards, but he wants to join this particular challenge. Yay, I am so excited!
