You use your weight and the challenge starts for you, the day you sign up for the challenge...Next official weigh day is Tuesday Jan 13th, then every Tuesday after that until the show finale--that will give us a week to get the losses going, plus stay on schedule with the show. | If we are not going to weigh in again until the 13th, then I will say 8 lbs. I put a goal weight for the end of the challenge of 250, but I am hoping to go past that. I just don't want to feel stressed if I do not get there. I am just starting back so I am not sure how fast I will lose this time around. I lost 40 lbs once in 4 months, so maybe I can do it again.
