| got in my thirty minutes for the day... lower: squats, leg lifts, lunges core/abs: planks, hip raises, lower ab pushouts, side rotations arms: pushups, tricept pull downs this gives me my 90 min for the week... one week at a time!!

| Ok,thanks liv. I've been doing these exercises since the begining of the month but will start counting from today. here are my regular exercises: sit ups leg pushes leg raisers plank (Hate it), ab ull ups side lifts side bends with weights, straight arm pull downs, wide arm push ups bench dips bench pull ups. | thanks georgiana! Reporting in for the day, met with trainer mike for another 30 min. Legs: squats & lunges abs/core: planks (still yikes) bicycles, weighted side rotations, and incline lower leg pushes (targets those dreaded lower abs) Upper: flys, pushups, and chest pull downs weighed in today and I'm down 3 lbs and started getting my ab lines on my tummy this week... I'm in maintenance and not even trying to lose so this was just an extra bonus.. woo hoo! thanks ladies for the motivation!

My routine is similar every day with slight changes from time to time. I might ajust my goal as I do go to the gym so much but I'll not do it jut yet. Just in case. |
