My first 20 got lost between message 14 and 15 lol!

Wanted to say something about these.. my first squat challenge I complained because I didn't realize how hard they were.. I had to do them 3 at a time.

I can now do 30 in a row. I increased my capacity tenfold. I think that is way cool.

Squat on, challengers!

Hi imagood1, I have a question......has nothing to do with squats. How do you keep all your stuff (writings) on each one of your posts?? Like how much water you drank, challenges, etc. Thanks Newbie
