I am going to join your hula hoop challenge if you do it next month but have no idea what the values represent! Is the first one minutes each time and second one monthly target? I assume it's OK to HH on the Wii?

Zara, hey!

YEs Wii hula is fine. I think that's what Lyssie is doing.

The number are just the minutes for jump rope and then the minutes for hula.

So if you were to day 60 mins of hula you'd say: Zarabelle HH 0/60 and update the zero as you go
