I got it today! And needed 45 minutes and probably 200 calories to inflate the darn thing, because it came with a toy-like hand pump. yeah! you got it! i didn't know, or at least i don't remember, that you were having to share one at the gym. so much nicer to have your own. and you got double the exercise by inflating it!

i'm really liking the short little videos on sparkpeople. and i'm really feeling the pain too.

I knew you were using those, so I tried them today. I did Nicole's 15 minutes one... and lunges with water bottles (aka dumbbells :P)... and then back extensions and crunches. I must admit I am pretty bad at crunches -- I have the feeling that I'm gonna "roll" off the ball like a dunce. At least I'm alone in my room, in case something embarrassing happens.

Hello all. I'm terribly sorry I've not been on. I've been so sick, bed rest for about a week now. I am feeling so much better today (still sick but feeling better) so I will have to start today.
