| Welcome, Julie! I'm glad you joined! Don't worry about not being able to do a 'proper' situp because they give me problems too. I can do them but I have a bladder problem that is made worse by them. So I do straight crunches and side to side crunches both on a stability ball and on the floor, plus I do leg lifts and knee-ins for the lower abs.
