Default May Squat Challenge - sign up and record

It is time for the the May Squat Challenge.

Do them any way you want: a normal Squat, a plie Squat, a one legged Squat, but do them. Great way to shape up thighs and butts.


Join in by putting your name in Alphabetical order then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names then change your numbers.

Hi, Since I lived through April and my legs actually seem to have a bit of the actual "leg shape" I think I will go for May and MAYYYYYYBBBBBEEEE do a few more. If I die, please tell my husband what I have been up to!!
